Marcello Gamba first "cut his teeth" in the family businesses, and later as a young top executive (back then, many years ago) in the second most important hotel company in the country.

In his subsequent professional life, as CPA Advisor, Marcello Gamba has predominantly been involved with companies, understanding their complex mechanisms from within. He has worked alongside entrepreneurs to optimize business procedures, corporate and group taxation, access to various forms of financing and credit, corporate governance, relations among partners, corporate structures (capital transactions, contributions, mergers, demergers, joint ventures), crisis prevention, optimization of family assets, and the planning and execution of generational succession. 

In the context of the described activities, Marcello Gamba has often taken on, and still performs, the roles of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Independent Director, Chairman or Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
